What is Anxiety?
The emotion of ANXIETY is a “fight, flight, or freeze” response. It’s a physiological reaction in response to perceived danger.
Cavemen had to worry about real tigers and other predators. The “flight or fight” response was necessary for survival.
Anxiety alerts you to potential threats. These can be REAL or IMAGINED.
In OUR modern lives, we rarely have situations that are a matter of life or death. Yet, habituated patterns of anxiety get triggered even without physical danger.
Anxiety is only supposed to pop up as an OCCASSIONAL survival response. It’s NOT supposed to be a consistent part of your everyday life.
How Do People Get the Anxiety Habit?
The habituated pattern of feeling anxious develops over time. You weren’t born with that anxiety. It’s a LEARNED RESPONSE.
At several points of life, your brain decided to create anxiety triggers to keep you “safe”. The good news is, we’ll reroute those neural triggers into something positive!
We now know the human nervous system is capable of making rapid and permanent changes. These changes can be dramatic, and transformations happen fast.

I’m NOT a therapist, I’m a Certified Hypnotist. In MY office, anxiety is simply a HABIT, and I show people how to STOP unwanted habits and behaviors.
The Nature of Habituated Patterns
Anxiety is a habituated pattern that becomes persistent, unconscious, and automatic. Anything done with repetition creates a habituated pattern in the brain. This process is known as neuroplasticity.
If you experience an emotion with enough repetition, it gets automated. At that point, the anxious feeling happens on its own, triggered at an UNCONSCIOUS level.
The habituated pattern of anxiety HIJACKS your nervous system.
Some people only feel anxious in response to known triggers. For others, anxiety becomes their default position. Either way, anxiety is a habituated pattern.
I’m going to show you how to break up unwanted habits in the brain. We break up a habit at the neurological level by interrupting that pattern. Next, we redirect the brain towards something else more desirable.

We’ll be working together on a couple different levels…
Level 1- Stop the Anxiety
The first level is, you’re going to be able to STOP IT! Stress, anxiety, worry, panic, anger, feeling overwhelmed.
I’m going to show you a variety of techniques that will put a FULL STOP to those emotions. We use well researched self-directed neuroplasticity techniques.
My first goal is to help you get relief within minutes of our first interaction working together.
I’m going to load you up with techniques designed to stop anxiety in its tracks. These techniques I’m going to teach you work anytime and anywhere. Other people won’t even know you’re using the techniques!
Every time you interrupt an emotional pattern, you’re creating NEW neural pathways. You’re changing the brain!
Imagine you’re going down that well-traveled road of anxiety. I’m going to show you how to put up a ROADBLOCK. It’s going to force your brain to detour around the anxiety, and give you a different experience.
This detour creates connections to different neural networks. These are new neural connections that have nothing to do with anxiety.
These techniques are awesome ways to break out of those emotional states of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. You’ll feel assured that you can STOP those negative feelings ANY TIME you choose.
Level 2- Neutralize the Anxiety Triggers
The next level of the Hypnosis for Anxiety program is to neutralize the anxiety triggers. We’re going to uncover the specific triggers that apply to your situation.
We’ll stop the anxiety, and condition the dynamic, positive feelings that will be in its place. Through hypnotic conditioning, we paste good feeling emotions into those old neural networks. Good feeling emotional states become your NEW automatic response.
After processing a few different anxiety triggers, your brain does something amazing. It GENERALIZES the positive changes into other neural networks across the brain.
You’ll l have a variety of great techniques to stop anxiety any time. But, hypnosis conditioning makes it so you’ll rarely have to use them!
